摘    要:本文从理论和实验证实,可以在AAS仪器上进行UV/VIS分光光度测定。采用“先吸收后分光”方式,氘空心阴极灯或变宽谱线空心阴极灯作激发光源。UV/VIS方式各项性能指标均符合国标ZBY196-83。专家们提供的应用报告亦证实这一结论。

Abstract:The study in this paper from theory and experiment proved that sample can be determined by UV/VIS spectrophometry in AAS instrument. This assembly uses mode of "first absorption then spectroscope , excitation source of deuterium hollow cathode lamp or broadening line hollow cathode lamp. Various specifications of UV/VIS assembly from experimental determination are consistent with national standard ZBY196-83. Experts had proved the conclusion from experimetal determination data.
