摘    要:介绍了催化裂化装置中模块式余热锅炉的技术改进和运行情况。通过对过热器工艺流程的改进,以及在一级过热器出口增加喷水降温器,在一级过热器前增加热管省煤器,消除了过热器的偏流及超温现象,提高了烟气余热的回收效率。

Abstract:e situation of technical improvement and operation of modulus waste boiler in catalytic cracking unit were recommended. By means of improvement of process flow sheet for super heater,providing the spray water temperature reducing container at the exit of the first stage super heater,providing heat tube economizer in front of the first stage super heater the phenomena of bias flow and over-temperature for super heater were eliminated, the recovery efficiency of flue gas waste heat was raised.
