摘    要:采用正交实验方法对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃的热处理工艺进行探讨,通过分析各热处理工艺参数对微晶玻璃烧结耐酸性和耐碱性的影响,找出其最佳热处理工艺参数,并采用XRD和SEM对热处理后的微晶玻璃的物相和形貌进行分析.结果表明:热处理工艺参数对微晶玻璃的耐腐蚀性能影响明显.

Study on Corrosion Resistance of Glass-ceramics by Perpendicular Experiments

Abstract:In this paper, the heat-treatment process of the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics was investigated by using cross perpendicular experiment methods. The heat-treatment parameters were optimized via analyzing their influences on acid-resistance and alkali-resistance of glass-ceramics. The crystal phases and morphology were also investigated by XRD and SEM respectively. The results showed that the parameters of heat treatment process obviously affected the corrosion resistance of glass-ceramics.
