剪力对钢管塔K型节点局部承载力的影响

摘    要:钢管塔采用K型节点连接时,支管的水平分力所形成的力偶会引起主管局部屈曲。通过建立钢管塔K型节点有限元计算模型,计算分析了不同单臂长度对无加强环板、1/4环形加强板、1/2环形加强板和全圆环形加强板情况下的K型节点局部极限承载力的影响,并对部分K型节点模型进行了承载力试验。结果表明:剪力越大,K型节点局部承载力越低,剪力对K型节点局部承载力影响越明显;无加强环板的极限承载力很小,其剪力小,对主管的局部屈曲影响小;环形加强板单极限承载力大,其剪力大,对主管的局部屈曲影响大。

Abstract:For a steel tubular tower,when K-joint is used for connection,the couple generated by horizontal component of branch tube will cause local buckling of the main tube.Based on a FEM model of the steel tubular K-joint,the impacts of different arm length on the bearing capacities of unstiffened ring plate,1/4 ring stiffener,1/2 ring and annular ring stiffener are analyzed and compared with the bearing capacity test data.The results indicate that the higher the shear force is,the lower the local bearing capacity...
