静止无功补偿器中的晶闸管阀组设计

摘    要:大功率晶闸管阀组是静止无功功率补偿设备中的关键器件,笔者简要介绍了A电气公司自主研发的PCS-9580型静止无功补偿器中的晶闸管阀组,重点分析了其中晶闸管的选取原则、多级串联的配置方案以及保护.通过利用晶闸管控制单元,实现主高压回路与控制系统的接口,最后详细阐述了采用高纯度水作为冷却介质的水冷回路.

Abstract:High power thyristor valves block is a key component in static var compensator(SVC).In this paper thyristor valves block used in PCS-9580 SVC developed by a electric Co.,Ltd.is simply introduced by the author,the selection principle of thyristor,disposition scheme of multi-stage series and protection are analyzed.The interface between high voltage circuit and control system is achieved by the use of thyristor control unit and,finally,water cooled circuit with high purity water as cooling medium is described...
