摘    要:水轮机在停机状况下,导叶各部间隙会发生严重漏水现象,造成水资源极大浪费及导叶本身严重空化.国内外现采用增加筒阀或球阀的方式解决漏水问题,但成本太高.本文介绍的导叶密封设计新颖独特,且结构简单,具有完全密封止水的作用.

Abstract:During standstill condition of hydraulic turbine,severe leakage may often occur thru different gaps of closed guide vanes.It cause not only big amount of water energy waste,but also severe cavitation pittings of guide vanes.One way to solve this problem is to install ring gate or spherical valve,However this kind of solutions is highly costed.In this paper,a new and simple sealing design of guide vanes was introduced,the purpose to fully prevent the leakage thru guide vanes can be achieved.
