鞍钢6号高炉开炉实践

摘    要:鞍钢6号高炉2000年12月停炉中修后(2001年3月开炉),设备装备水平明显提高.由于开炉工作准备充分,各环节布置周密,在开炉过程中做到了安全、顺行、高效,47h后风口全部工作,达到全风操作水平,创造了鞍钢高炉开炉恢复的纪录.

Abstract:After intermediate repair of Angang's N0.6 BF in Dec. 2000(blow in in March 2001), the equipment is improved obviously. Due to sufficient preparation work advanced, the blast furnace operation was safe, smooth and high efficient during blow in. All tuyeres work after blow in for 47 hours, so the full blast operation is achieved, which hits the shortest record of BF blow in recovery in Angang.
