摘    要:通过分析对比涡轮增压器放气阀调节和可变喷嘴调节的柴油机性能,说明了放气阀调节导致柴油机高速性能变差的原因;给出了一个用可变喷嘴(VNT)调节改善柴油机低速扭矩特性的实例;同时介绍了喷嘴调节的控制方案及其设计计算方法和试验结果,试验结果表明,本介绍的可变喷嘴调节方案斩并且是切实可行的。

Abstract:By analyzing the performance of a diesel matched with a waste-gated turbocharger,this paper makes it clear why the performance of a diesel with a waste-gated turbocharger becomes worse at high engine speed.An example of improving diesel performance at low engine speed with VNT is presented,and the controlling method and its engine test result are also presented here.The result shows that the VNT and the controlling method make the engine work well at both low engine speed and high engine speed.
