摘    要:新工艺白酒的勾调是当今和今后白酒发展的方向之一。我们在多次的勾调实践中积累了一些经验,并在此基础上应用正交试验设计方法,取得了理想的效果。

Abstract:Bending of new technological liquor is one of development trends on liquor industry.Some experiences have been accumulated during liquor production. The orthogonal experiments were also applied to optimize blending conditions.Ideal effects have been reached.
