铸造铝基复合材料收缩特性的研究

摘    要:研究了SiC颗粒增强铸造铝基复合材料F3B的线收缩特性。采用“直测法”和“ZQS-2000型双试棒合金热裂一线收缩仪”测试三种F3B复合材料(SiC体积分数分别为10%,15%,20%)及其对应的基体合金的线收缩。研究结果表明,三种F3B降临 合材料具有比对应基体合金良好的线收缩特性,三种F3B复合材料的线收缩率随SiC含量的增加而减小。

Abstract:The linear contraction characteristics SiC particulate reinforced cast aluminum matrix composite F3B was studied. The linear contraction of three kinds of F3B composite (φ(SiC)=10%, 20%, 30% respectively) and their correspondent matrix alloy were measured by means of“direct measurement” and “ZQS-2000 twin-bar alloy hot crack-linear contraction apparatus”. The results showed that the three F3B composites have better linear contraction characteristics than the correspondent matrix alloys. The linear contraction rate of the three F3B composites decreases with the increase of SiC content.
