网状混合金属氧化物阳极在大型储罐阴极保护中的应用

摘    要:针对大型储罐阴极保护的特点,在深入分析各种阴极保护方法在大型储罐防腐使用情况的基础上,比较出网状混合金属氧化物阳极具有技术先进、保护电流分布均匀、杂散电流小、接地电阻小、可靠性高、寿命长、便于施工等优点,选择在燕化公司炼油事业部新建10万米3原油储罐底板阴极保护中采用网状混合金属氧化物阳极.

Abstract:Based on the features of cathodic protection for large scale storage tank, a thorough surrey was made on the application of various cathodic protection techniques. It is concluded that the grid type anode with mixed metal oxides has advantages such as a uniform distribution of protective current ,small stray current, low earthing resistance ,high reliability, longer life and ease of construction etc. So this type of anode was selected to be used in the cathodic protection of the base plate of a newly built 100,000 m 3 crude oil storage tank in BYPC Refinery.
