快凝NiAl基催化剂制备脂肪伯胺反应参数的优化

摘    要:利用快速凝固NiAlSiFeCe合金制备了新型RaneyNi催化剂.用正交试验法对其脂肪腈加氢制备伯胺的反应参数进行了优化.结果表明:在本试验调节范围内,在PH2=3.0MPa,PNH3=0.9MPa,T=155℃,t=1.50h,m(Cat.)/m(RCN)=0.5%的反应条件下此新型催化剂具有很好的催化性能,脂肪腈转化率和伯胺选择性分别达到了99.07%和94.41%.

Abstract:A new kind of Raney Ni catalyst was prepared from rapidly solidified NiAlSiFeCe alloy precusor.Cross experimentation was carried out to optimize the reaction conditions for fatty nitrile hydrogenation to primary amine catalyzed by this new catalyst. The results show that the new catalyst produces favourable catalytic properties under the conditions of P H 2 =3.0 MPa, P NH 3 =0.9 MPa, T =428 K, t =1.50 h,Cat./RCN=0.5%(wt.-wt.%) within the adjusting margin, the corresponding convertion ratio of fatty nitrile and selectivity of primary amine are up to 99.07% and 99.41% respectively.
