东北寨难浸金矿提金工艺研究

东北寨金矿为古砷碳镘细粒浸染贫金矿石，直接浸金的金浸出率几乎为零 采用阶段窖矿、载体浮选工艺得金品位18~92 g/t的精矿。金回收率91.52，并甩掉了大量尾矿。浮选精矿焙烧--氧化提金工艺获得了良好指标，金总回收率达85.32%

Research on gold extraction process for Dongbeizhai refractory gold ore

Dongbeizhai gold ore,as a low grade arsenic bearing carbonaceous ore,is a refractory ore.Au recovery is nearly zero by direct cyanidation from ore.The gold concentrate containing Au 18.02 g/t,91.52% recovery can be gained by the process of stage grinding and carrier flotation.Large amount of tailings are discharged.Better results can be obtained by roasting flotation concentrate cyanidation gold extraction process and the recovery of total gold has achieved up to 85.32%.
