聚合物改性沥青的相容性及稳定性

摘    要:对于聚合物改性沥青来讲,沥青与聚合物的相容性及改性沥青的贮存稳定性是首先要解决的问题。这对于改性沥青的运输及使用都有性能保证。该研究从基础沥青的性质,改性沥青的高温性能,低温延度等方面探讨了聚合物SBS改性沥青的机理,制备工艺,表征制备聚合物改性沥青在物理分散的同时必须加入化学改性,才能得到贮存稳定性良好的改性沥青。

Abstract:The most important problem in preparation the polymermodified bitumen is to solve the compatibility of bitumen with polymer and the storage stability of modified bitumenThe property consistency can be sure in long distance transportation for the storage stability SBS modified bitumenThis paper discussed the mechanism of preparation of SBS modified bitumen in the aspect of base bitumen property,modified bitumen hightemperature property and low temperature ductilityThe results showed the storage stability of SBS modified bitumen can be obtained by the chemical modification as well as the physical method to the bitumen
