载气及化学物质对稀土α-Fe_2O_3气敏元件灵敏度的影响

摘    要:测定了掺La_2O_3,CeO_2,Pr_6O_(11),Nd_2O_3稀土氧化物的α-Fe_2O_3元件在不同载气(空气、纯氧和纯氮)中对于煤气的灵敏度以及在空气中对于烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、醇类、芳环及杂环等化学物质的灵敏度变化。根据半导体气敏元件的吸附氧机理对上述现象和规律进行了讨论。

Abstract:The sensitivities of rare earth oxide α-Fe2O3 gas sensors doped with La2O3 CeO2, Pr6O11, Nd2O3 at different earring atmosphere(air, pure oxygen and pure nitrogen) to coal gas were investigated. It was also examined their sensitivities at air to alkane, olefine hydrocarbons, alkyne, alcohols, aromatic and heterocycliccompounds. All above characteristics and phenomena were explained on the oxygen absorption mechanizm of semiconductors gas sensors.
