开关电源的故障预测及电解电容器退化研究

摘    要:高效率的电源变换器广泛应用于航空电子系统,电源的故障会导致整个系统的崩溃,严重影响军用飞机的战备完好性目标。电子系统故障预测可以在故障发生前,有效地探测潜在故障,减轻损失。阐述了Buck型开关电源基本工作原理,介绍了其故障模式及物理失效模型,并详细阐述了电解电容器等效电路模型。通过仿真电解电容器的退化过程,得到开关电源的输出响应特性,表明了电解电容器退化对电源特性的影响.通过辨识电解电容器ESR的值,可以有效评估电容的健康状态,实现开关电源的故障预测。
