浅论大学生创新素质的培养

创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是知识经济时代的根本特征，章从创新素质的涵义出发，阐述了培养大学生创新素质的必要性，并在此基础上，提出了高等院校应通过转变教育观念、创新教学内容、改革教学方法、改革考核制度、加强教研结合、改善创新环境、提高教师素质、培养大学生优良品质等途径，加强大学生的创新素质。

A Brief Discussion of the Development of College Students' Creativity

Being the key to the progress of a nation, creativity should be the fundamental feature in the age of knowledge economy. Through illustrating the meaning of creativity, the paper points out the necessity of developing college students' creativity, based on which it is pointed out that colleges should reinforce student' s creativity development through reconsidering the educational conception, improving teaching contents, reforming teaching approaches and the evaluation system, further combining teaching with research, improving environment helpful to creation, bettering teachers' quality, and broading ways of fostering students' positive personalities.
