液压系统CAT应用研究

液压系统的传统测试方法存在许多缺点 ,不能适应液压技术发展的需要。为此提出在节流调速系统中采用计算机辅助测试 ( CAT)的方案。设计了系统硬件与软件。实际测试表明 :该CAT系统具有测试精度高、速度快、测试准确等优点 ,提高了液压系统的测试水平。

A Research on CAT Application in Hydraulic System

There are lots of shortcomings in the traditional test- ing method of the hydraulic system which can not m eet the requirement of the developing hydraulic technology. Hence,a plan of using CAT in the restrictive- flow regulat- ing system is put forward with hardware and software de- sign.The actual test proves that this CAT system features with high resolution,high- speed & high accuracy,and im - proves the testing level of the hydraulic system.
