立式加工中心主轴静刚度测试的新方法

摘    要:介绍了一种立式加工中心主轴静刚度测试的新方法及进行的试验研究。以立式加工中心XH7132为研究对象,采用应变式力传感器作为测力装置,并用最小二乘法对其进行标定,用标定后的应变式力传感器、电阻应变仪、电感测微仪对主轴静刚度进行测试,得出主轴的静刚度值。

Abstract:A new method of testing the spindle static stiffness of the vertical machining center and the experimental study to this method were introduced. Took the vertical machining center XH7132 as the research object, strain type force sensor was used to test the force and least square method was used as calibration method. The calibrated strain type force sensor, resistance strain gauge and inductive micrometer have been used to test the static stiffness, then the spindle static stiffness values can be obtained.
