2050热轧卷筒扇形板激光熔覆修复

摘    要:设计选用BLA106合金粉末及BLA101合金粉末,利用激光熔覆技术对2050热轧线卷筒扇形板楔块接触面磨损和勾头裂纹进行了修复。BLA106合金粉末激光熔覆后的合金与基体材料通过耐磨性能对比试验表明,BLA106合金比基体材料耐磨性能提高了5倍;BLA101合金粉末激光熔覆后,合金与基体材料通过性能对比试验表明,BLA101合金延伸率比基体材料提高了1倍。BLA106合金粉末可以被应用于扇形板的楔块接触磨损面的修复,BLA101合金粉末可以被应用于勾头裂纹的修补。

Abstract:BLA106 and BLA101 alloy powder were selected to repair the wear suriace and connector flaw of the segment of coiler mandrel by using laser cladding technology. The wear resisting property and passing through property comparative trial between alloy and base material after BLA106 alloy powder laser cladding showed that wear-resisting property of BLA101 alloy increased five times than that of base material, and passing through property of BLA101 alloy increased one time than that of base material. BLA106 alloy powder can be applied to repair the wear surface of the segment of coiler man-drel and to mend the connector flaw.
