摘    要:对于某些品种弹体,在装配螺纹保护套的工艺过程中,需要预先钻出一个钻驻螺钉孔,用来安装钻驻螺钉连接保护套。传统工艺采用人工操作钻床设备进行钻孔,既保证不了钻孔深度、精度等工艺参数的要求,又导致生产效率低下,并且生产安全性没有任何保证。本文介绍了一种安全自动化弹体钻驻螺钉孔机的设计方法,阐述了机器的机械设计原理、自动化控制系统设计及安全化措施。

Abstract:Some kinds of projectile body need preliminarily drill a screw hole in assembling screw protecting jacket process to install drilling screw protecting jacket. Traditional process takes manual work to drill, which can not only unsure process parameters like drilling depth, precision and so on, but also lead to low productivity, and low product safety. The paper introduced a design method of safety automatic projectile body drill in the screw hole machine, presented the design principle, automatic control system design and securing measure.
