| 摘 要： | 蜗杆一般是在车床上加工完成,而蜗轮是在滚齿机上铣削加工完成,形成蜗轮副后难免啮合面接触不好,运转不够灵活,传送精度差,采用成对研磨蜗轮、蜗杆可解决该问题。介绍一种在车床上研磨蜗轮副的方法。

| Abstract: | The worm is completed on the lathe,worm gear is completed on the gear-hobbing machine.The field of conjugate action hard to avoid touches vice queen who forms worm gear no well,move round not enough nimbly,transmit accuracy difference.Adopt twinning to grind worm gear and the worm,can resolve that problem.Following introduces one kind grind auxiliary method of worm gear in the lathe. |
