摘    要:为了解决在自然条件下地下管网容易受腐蚀的问题,采用基于腐蚀电化学原理的防腐层缺陷检测技术和控制技术并应用于阴极保护装置中通过对被保护金属管道施加阴极电流,使其电极电位负移,减弱金属由原子态自发变为离子态的趋势,因而从根本上抑制了腐蚀的发生.应用智能控制算法使被保护管道达到最佳保护电位.通过人工模拟区域性阴极保护现场实验,被保护管道电位达到国家标准的保护电位.该阴极保护装置采用了二级计算机控制管理系统、双脉冲电源系统以及无线遥测系统等设计思想.

Abstract:In order to solve the corrosion problem of underground metal pipes, defect detecting techniques for the corrosion layers and control techniques, which are based on the principles of electro-chemistry, were applied to the cathode protection device. When a cathode current was applied to the protected pipes, the electric potential moved to minus, and the trend of the metal from the atomic state to the ionic state was weakened. Therefore the corrosion was restrained. By using intelligent control method the protected pipes were managed to be in the best protection potential. Through artificial simulations of a regional cathode protection field experiment, the electric potential of the pipe protected reaches the national standard. This kind of device adopted design ideas of a computer-controlled two-step management system, a double-pulse power system, and a wireless telemetry system.
