| 摘 要： | 从施工前期阶段、施工阶段、工程验收阶段等方面对桥梁水下混凝土桩基础的质量监理要点进行了阐述，指出监理工程师必须全面详细地熟悉整个施工工艺流程，事先提出质量控制和检验标准，监督施工单位严格遵守和执行，以达到预期的质量控制目标。
