| 摘 要： | 为了选择一种经济可行的装配工艺方法,保证胶印机偏心套的装配精度,通过分析胶印机偏心套装配精度的影响因素,制订合理的装配工艺规程。阐述了机架装配质量是偏心套装配质量的结构基础,直接影响两端偏心套之间的位置精度,最终影响印品质量;通过对单边偏心套装配尺寸链的计算,对比完全互换法和分组选配法的分析结果,最后确定,分组选配法是保证偏心套装配精度的合理装配方法。
