激光熔覆止裂技术研究

摘    要:针对石化行业动设备关键轴类零件的磨损失效特点,采用激光熔覆技术对零件表面进行修复和强化.通过对熔覆粉末材料配方选择和熔覆工艺参数的优化,技术上保证了激光熔覆层的质量,提高了零件的使用性能,延长了其使用寿命.在实际生产中,应用激光熔覆修复技术取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract:To protect the function of metal cladding, especially to reduce the crack rates of metal cladding, the laser-melt-repairing technology is used to repair and strengthen the surface of parts. In actual situations, by applying this technology, some critical parts, for example axes, laser-melt-repairing may strengthen the surface and improve the function of anti-grinding in order to resume the use value.
