无钯化学镀镍碳纤维制备与表征

摘    要:用无钯化学镀的方法对PAN基碳纤维进行了表面镀镍处理,工艺流程包括:硝酸氧化,Ni2+配位吸附,KBH4还原和化学镀镍。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差热分析(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)方法对镀层性能进行了分析。结果表明,用无钯化学镀的方法得到的镍镀层能达到传统镀层的均匀性,镀层无卷起、脱落现象。

Abstract:Nickel was electrolessly plated on PAN-based carbon fiber surface without use of palladium through the following process flow: oxidation with nitric acid,coordination adsorption of Ni2+,reduction with KBH4,and electroless deposition.
