熔融还原流态化预还原附碳铁精矿粉的热力学研究

摘    要:对铁精矿流态化预还原过程进行了试验。通过线性回归分析发现,附着碳含量对还原度的影响最为显著,温度次之,压力和线速具有同等的影响,阐述了附着碳加速还原和有效防止粘结的原因。估算了流态化预还原过程实际气相成份及平衡气相成份,这为确定流态化预还原工艺流程和操作参数提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The pre-reduction process of concentrated iron ore on a fluidized bed is studied in this paper. By means of linear regression, it is found that the effect of the adhesive carbon content in concentrated iron ore on the reduction is the most remarkable in all factors and the effect of temperature is more than those of pressure and line speed. The reasons are presented for speeding the reduction and preventing the concentrated iron ore particais from sticking. The factual gas component and the gas component in equilibrium are calculated during fluidized pre-reduction process. It provides the importantbasis for opting for the operation parameters and process of fluidization pre-reduction.
