氧化稀土成核改性抗菌PP薄膜的研究

摘    要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂,氧化稀土为成核剂,油酸酰胺改性载银磷酸锆为抗菌剂,制备成核剂母粒、抗菌剂母粒和抗菌PP薄膜,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:经氧化稀土成核改性的抗菌PP薄膜,球晶尺寸减小,结晶度提高;含0.3%氧化稀土和0.8%改性载银磷酸锆的PP薄膜,其拉伸强度、直角撕裂强度、透光率有不同程度的提高,雾度明显下降,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率为99.87%和99.24%,抗菌性能和物理力学性能优良。

Abstract:Nucleating agent masterbatch, antibacterial agent masterbatch and antibacterial PP films were prepared by using PP as carrier resin, rare earth oxide as nucleating agent and oleie acid amide modified silver-loaded zirconium phosphate as antibacterial agent, and the performances of the antibacterial PP films were studied. The results showed that the addition of rare earth oxide nucleating agent reduced the spherulite size and ave rise to an increment in crystallization temperature of the antibacterial PP films; in the case of adding 0.3% rare earth oxide nucleating agent and 0. 8% modified silver-loaded zirconium phosphate, the tensile strength, right angle tearing strength and transmittance of the antibacterial PP film were improved in varying degrees, the haze was reduced obviously, the antibacterial rate to Escherichaia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reached 99. 87% and 99. 24%, respectively, the anti-bacterial properties and physical and mechani-cal properties were excellent.
