大蒜素的提取及其应用

摘    要:综述了大蒜素的提取方法,介绍了水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法、真空微波辅助萃取法等,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较。同时,对大蒜素在医疗保健、食品保鲜及饲料添加剂中的应用进行了简要介绍。

Abstract:The extraction methods and its application of allimin, and the advantage and disadvantage of all abstraction methods were introduced. The main extracting methods were steam distillation, solvent extraction, super critical CO2 extraction and vacuum microwave - assisted extraction. At the same time, the application of allimin on the health care, food preservation and feed additive were mentioned.
