基于图像识别的自动仓储管理系统

摘    要:针对订单数据与仓库内实际情况实时对接的仓储物流管理问题,设计了一套基于图像识别的自动仓储管理系统。这一系统采用树莓派+OpenCV作为图像识别载体,在得出识别结果后,使用串口通信将信息传送至自制的上位机软件。上位机接收到识别信息后,通过人机界面实时显示,并将数据存储,同时自动生成表格。这一系统可以实现仓储物流的过程信息化与数据化,能够在提高仓储效率的同时降低人工成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the warehousing logistics management for real-time docking between order data and actual condition in the warehouse,a set of automatic warehousing management system based on image recognition was designed.This system uses raspberry pie+OpenCV as the image recognition carrier,and uses serial communication to transmit the information to the self-made host computer software after the recognition result is obtained.After the host computer receives the identification information,displays it in real time through the man-machine interface,stores the data,and automatically generates a table at the same time.This system can realize the informatization and digitalization of the warehousing logistics process,which can reduce labor cost while improving warehousing effciency.
