风电齿轮箱行星齿轮用连铸坯的试验研究

摘    要:为了验证合金钢连铸坯作为兆瓦级风电齿轮箱行星齿轮原材料是否能满足设计要求,在控制合金钢连铸坯冶金质量的前提下,进行试验研究.具体试验包括旋转弯曲疲劳试验、齿根弯曲疲劳试验、齿面接触疲劳试验等.最终得到的试验数据表明,对于内孔不小于300 mm的行星齿轮而言,使用合金钢连铸坯作为原材料,能够满足设计要求.

Abstract:In order to verify the alloy steel continuous casting blank as the raw material for the planetary gear of the megawatt wind power gearbox can meet the design requirement or not,experimental research was carried out under the premise of controlling the metallurgical quality of the alloy steel continuous casting blank.Specific tests include rotating bending fatigue test,tooth root bending fatigue test,tooth surface contact fatigue test,etc.The final test data shows that for the planetary gear with an inner bore of not less than 300 mm,the use of the alloy steel continuous casting blank as raw material can meet the design requirement.
