非常规油气田多管旋流装置的分离性能研究

摘    要:针对非常规油气田开采中产能持续降低导致分离失效的问题,设计一种新型多管旋流装置,采用数值模拟方法,对比研究单管和多管旋流装置分离性能。研究表明:多管旋流装置压降率较单管旋流器无明显变化,能耗基本相同;入口流量降低时,多管旋流装置能显著提高中大砂粒分级效率,粒径≥10 μm分级效率可提高35%;入口流量由5 m3/h降为1 m3/h时,多管旋流装置分离效率降幅仅为9.2%。在非常规油气田开采中,多管旋流装置能有效避免产能降低所带来的分离失效。

Research on Separation Performance of Multi-Tube Hydrocyclone Device in Unconventional Oil and Gas Field

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of separation failure caused by the continuous reduction of productivity in unconventional oil and gas field exploitation, a new type of multi-tube hydrocyclone device was designed, and the separation performance of single-tube/multi-tube hydrocyclone device was comparatively studied by numerical simulation method. The study shows that the pressure drop rate and energy consumption of the multi-tube hydrocyclone device are almost the same with that of the single-tube hydrocyclone. When the inlet flow rate is reduced, the multi-tube hydrocyclone device can significantly improve the classification efficiency of medium and large grained sand particles, and the classification efficiency can be increased by 35% when the particle size is greater than or equal to 10 μm. When the inlet flow rate is reduced from 5 m3/h to 1 m3/h, and the separation efficiency of the multi-tube hydrocyclone device is only reduced by 9.2%. Therefore, in the exploitation of unconventional oil and gas fields, the multi-tube hydrocyclone device can effectively avoid the separation failure caused by the reduction of productivity.
