CO2多联引射器双温制冷系统性能的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了CO2多联引射器双温制冷系统性能,与CO2传统增压双温制冷系统性能进行了比较,并探讨了并行压缩机的使用对CO2多联引射器双温制冷系统性能的影响。实验结果表明,在实验工况范围内,对于不同的质量流量比,CO2多联引射器双温制冷系统的制冷量和COP均要高于CO2传统增压双温制冷系统,总制冷量和COP最高分别提升了约13.4%及23.8%;在CO2多联引射器双温制冷系统中使用并行压缩机降低了多联引射器的引射比,但提高了其系统总制冷量和COP,对于不同的气冷器出口温度工况,总制冷量最高提高了约3.4%,而系统COP最高提高了约6.9%。使用多联引射器代替膨胀阀及使用并行压缩机均显著提升CO2双温制冷系统性能。

Abstract:The performance of the dual-temperature CO2booster refrigeration system with multi-ejector(MEBR)was experimentally investigated which,was compared with the performance of the conventional dual-temperature CO2booster refrigeration system(CBR).The effect of the use of the parallel compressors on the performance of the MEBR system was discussed.The experimental results indicated that in the range of the experimental conditions,for different mass flow ratios,the refrigeration capacity and COP of the MEBR system are higher than that of the CBR system,and the total refrigeration capacity and COP of the MEBR system increased by about 13.4%and 23.8%respectively compared to the CBR system.The use of the parallel compressors in the MEBR system can reduce the entrainment ratio of the multi-ejector,but increase the total refrigeration capacity and COP of the system.For different gas cooler outlet temperature conditions,the maximum total refrigeration capacity is increased by 3.4%,and the maximum COP is increased by 6.9%.In general,using multi-ejector instead of expansion valves and using parallel compressors can significantly improve the performance of the dual-temperature CO2booster refrigeration system.
