摘    要:运用ABAQUS软件研究管幕群中相邻顶管对顶管顶推力的影响。基于港珠澳大桥的拱北隧道工程,选取隧道暗挖段管幕群顶部、中部、底部顶管作为研究对象,分析相邻顶管对顶管顶推力的影响规律。研究表明:由于顶管附近存在既有顶管,顶管在顶进过程中,相邻顶管对顶管顶推力的影响不可忽略。通过对数值模型与JMTA公式得到的顶进力估算结果进行对比,论证了数值估算法在中小尺寸截面薄壁顶管顶进力估算中的适用性。

Abstract:ABAQUS software was used to study the effect of adjacent pipe jacking on jacking force in pipe group. Based on the Gongbei tunnel project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge,the pipes jacking at the top, middle and bottom of the pipe group were selected as the research objects to analyze the influence of adjacent pipe jacking on the jacking force. The results show that the influence of adjacent pipe jacking on jacking force can not be ignored in jacking process when there is pipe near the pipe jacking. Through comparing the results of the numerical model and the JMTA formula, the applicability of the numerical method in the estimation of the jacking force of small and medium-sized thin-wall pipe jacking is demonstrated.
