摘    要:通过测定高碱性高玻璃化连铸保护渣(双高保护渣)的粘度、熔化温度,回归出双高保护渣组分与粘度、组分与熔化温度的关系式,并得到相互作用下组分对保护渣粘度、熔化温度的定量影响;配制双高保护渣进行工业试验,效果良好.

Abstract:By measuring the viscosity and melting temperature of the CC fluses with high basic character and high glassy property (dual-high fluses),the relationships between compositions and viscosity, compositions and melting temperature are regressed,the quantitative influence with compositions and viscosity, melting temperature is botained. Industrial trial has been carried out by making up dual-high flusxes and the effect is good.
