| 摘 要： | 对全焊接板式换热器发生的应力腐蚀进行了分析并且给出了相关的防护措施。通过选材、工艺设计及减小残余应力等方法可以显著改善腐蚀情况,提高设备寿命和工作效率。

| Abstract: | The stress corrosions in welded plate heat exchangers are studied and associated preventive measures are suggested.The stress corrosion can be mitigated through proper material selection,good process design and reduction of residual stress,etc.The equipment service life can be extended and operating efficiency improved. |
