| 摘 要： | 运用IMETRUM公司生产的非接触式位移／应变视频测量仪在MTS810材料试验机上进行Q235钢静拉伸试验，可同时通过两种仪器分别得到应力一应变曲线。结果比对表明：两种仪器得到的应力——应变曲线基本重合，在弹性变形和屈服阶段不重合程度相对较大，在弹性变形阶段视频测量仪所得的应力——应变曲线相对于试验机的接触式引伸计所得的曲线较弯曲，反映了其测试精度略低于接触式引伸计。证实了IMETRUM位移／应变视频测量仪应用于金属材料静拉伸试验的可行性。

| Abstract: | By utilizing non contact video gauge of IMETRUM corporation at MTS810 material testing system,results comparison about static tensile testing of Q235 steel was performed.Stress versus strain curves utilizing two different instruments of non contact video gauge and contact extensometer nearly coincide.In elastic deformation and yield stage two curves somewhat diverge.In elastic deformation stage relationship of stress versus strain by means of video gauge was more curved than by means of contact extensometer.It shows that measurement precision of video gauge is slightly lower than that of contact extensometer of material testing system.In summary,IMETRUM video gauge can be applied on static tensile test of metallic material. |
