基于PHOENICS的罐顶环形空间防火防爆数值模拟

摘    要:对浮顶油罐的油气空间进行惰化,是一种新的油罐防火防爆方法。根据氮气对油罐气体空间的惰化原理,针对大型双重密封型浮顶油罐的油气空间进行氮气惰化研究,建立气体流动的几何模型和数学模型,采用PHOENICS软件进行数值模拟,得出不同流速/流量的氮气在持续通入不同时间的条件下,对气体空间内氧气组分的影响。初始条件和边界条件的确立,对于实际中利用氮气进行防火防爆的方案有指导意义。

Abstract:Deactivation of vapor space is a new technology for fire and explosion prevention in floating-roof tank.Based on the deactivation principle of nitrogen to the vapor space of the tank,this paper studies the deactivation of nitrogen in large-scale floating-roof tank.Geometric model and mathematical model are set to carry out numerical simulation with the adoption of PHOENICS software.The influence of nitrogen joining in the tank constantly with different flow rates and velocities under the condition of different time arrangements on the oxygen components have been obtained.The establishment of initial condition and boundary condition provides guidance for schemes using nitrogen for fire and explosion prevention in practice.
