长北气田老井废弃处理方法

2010年,长北气田发现两口老井产量低,井下没有封隔器,井口阀门有外漏,综合考虑决定进行废弃处理。处理方法参考石油天然气行业标准,考虑油套管腐蚀情况,以及地下水保护问题,采用井底储层段和井口距离地面打两段水泥塞,完全满足了国内行业标准和壳牌标准要求。本文介绍了长北气田老井废弃处理方法和施工过程,2010年完成了两口井的废弃,施工安全,水泥塞封堵质量可靠,达到了废弃标准要求。同时进行了套管腐蚀测试,确定了该区块油套管腐蚀情况,建议油管材质可以用碳钢代替目前使用的13铬。

The Processing Methods of Old Well Waste in CHANGBEI Gasfield

In ChangBei gas field in 2010,Two gas wells were found that production rate was very low,no packer in tubing string,external leaked at wellhead valve,so we decided to abandon both gas well.Referenced oil and gas industry standard,considered casing and tubing corrosion and have to protect ground water,we decided set two cement plug,one in reservoir depth,and the other one set at wellhead,this method met China oil and gas industry standard and Shell standard.Abandonment method and construct process of ChangBei gas field were introduced in this paper.We had abandoned both wells,construction process was safe,and the quality of cement plugs was very trusty.At the same time,we had done casing corrosion test,confirmed the corrosion of casing and tubing in this gas field,advised that 13Cr tubing material can be instead by carbon steel.
