微波消解-氢化物原子吸收光谱法测定皮革中的铅

摘    要:采用微波消解-氢化物原子吸收光谱法测定皮革制品中重金属铅的含量。优化了微波消解条件,并对硼氢化钠浓度、溶液酸度、铁氰化钾以及共存离子的干扰等条件进行了研究和选择。方法的检出限为0.036μg/L,应用此法对皮革制品进行分析,回收率在96.8%~105.6%之间。该方法具有快速、准确、干扰少等优点。

Abstract:A method for determination of lead in leather and leather product by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion was developed.The condition of microwave digestion were optimized,and the influence factors such as concentration of NaBH4,acidity,the amount of K3Fe(CN)6 and interference of co-existing ion were investigated.The detection limit of this method was found to be 0.036 μg/L.The proposed method,when applied to analyze leather samples,gives recovery rates in the range of 96.8%-105.6%.The method is rapid,accurate and economical.
