| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型力敏传感元件－－Ｚ元件，对其伏安特性和力特性进行研究，给出了实验结果并分析了其工作机理，该元件能够将力值直接转换为较大的电压值，因此，无须放大，应用电路简单。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new kind of forcesensitive sensor: Z - element is introduced. The results of experiments are given. and its mechanism and characteristics are analysed. The element can convert force to large voltage and don't need amplifying. Its applying circuit is very simple. |
