MSVA柴油低温流动性改进剂的研制

摘    要:研究了马来酸酐 苯乙烯 醋酸乙烯酯 丙烯酸高碳醇酯四元共聚物的合成方法及其降凝助滤效果。针对 吐哈0 柴油用正交实验设计法研究了单体配比,引发剂用量,溶剂用量,聚合温度对共聚物助滤效果的影响。 结果表明该剂使吐哈-10 、0 柴油的凝点分别下降20℃和18℃,冷滤点分别下降12℃和9℃;使独山子 -10 柴油凝点下降18℃,冷滤点降了8℃;使石化-10 柴油的凝点下降14℃,冷滤点下降6℃。

Abstract:The synthetic method of maleic anhydride-styrene-vinyl acetate-acrylic alkyl copolymer (MSVA) and the influence factors such as monomer ratio, mass fraction of initiator and sol vent, reaction time on cold filter plugging point (CFPP) depressing effects were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that while MSVA was used in the following diesel fuels solidification point(SP) and CFPP of the -10 diesel fuel from Tuha depressed by 20 ℃ and 12 ℃; SP and CFPP of the 0 #diesel fuel from Tuha depressed by 18 ℃ and 9 ℃; SP and CFPP of the -1 0 diesel fuel from Dushanzi depressed by 18 ℃ and 8 ℃; SP and CFPP of t he -10 diesel fuel from Shihua depressed by 14 ℃ and 6 ℃ respectively.
