磁控溅射法制备防水透湿织物的性能研究

摘    要:介绍子利用磁控溅射法制备透湿织物的基本原理及方法,通过对防水透湿织物憎水性及透湿性的测试分析,发现溅射后织物的憎水性明显提高,且憎水性随溅射功能的增大而减小,随压力的增大而增在,而溅射前后的透湿性受功率和压力的影响不大。

Abstract:Basic principles and methods of producing waterproof & moisture permeable fabrics prepared by magnetron sputtering are discussed. According to the test analysis of hydrophobicity and moisture permeable properties of waterproof & moisture fabrics, the results are as follows--water repellency of sputtered fabrics is remarkably higher than original ones; water repellency decreases with the increase of sputtering power, but increases with the pressure rise; moisture permeability is nearly not change before and after sputtered.
