摘    要:分析了复杂载荷条件下止回阀焊缝的应力分布,研究了焊接模拟试件的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、断裂韧性、疲劳性能、疲劳裂纹扩展速率和门槛值等性能,采用国际上应用的安全评定体系BS7910对止回阀环焊缝中存在的未熔合缺陷进行了安全评定。

Abstract:Analyses weld stress distribution of check valve under complicated load conditions;studies performance such as tensile properties,impact ductility,fracture toughness,fatigue property,crack fatigue propagation rate and threshold value,etc,for weld simulated specimens;adopts the safety evaluation system BS 7910 used in the world to implement safety qualification for the incomplete fusion defects existed in the ring welds of check valve.
