| 摘 要： | 武器系统的效能度量是装备试验与评价的引擎。在明确效能度量重要性的基础上,介绍了效能度量的概念,分析了效能度量的基本原理,并得出了制定效能度量的基本过程,最后通过一个实例进行了说明。
