| 摘 要： | 食品工程原理实验是食品工程原理课程的一个重要教学环节,是对课堂教学内容的验证与深化。文章针对食品工程原理实验课程的特点与实验教学中出现的一些问题,提出了实验教学与课堂理论教学紧密结合,注意计算机仿真技术在实验教学中的应用,以及在实验教学环节中培养学生工程意识等观点,以期不断提高实验教学质量。

| Abstract: | Food engineering principle experiment was an important step for food engineering principle curriculum,and will verify and strengthen the content of classroom teaching.According to the characteristics and problems for the experiment teaching of food engineering principle,some viewpoints were raised for continuously improving experiment teaching quality,which included integrating experiment teaching and classroom teaching properly,applying the computer simulation technology to the experimental teaching,and cultivating the viewpoints on engineering in experiment teaching. |
