The Cross-sectional Curve of the Main Tracks of Domestic Upright Ring and Conical Ring Is to Be Optimized

In order to abridge the gap between the domestic upright ring and conical ring and the product of the same kind in the world regarding operation stability,yarn breakage,yarn tension stability,service life and such,approach is done into the resolution of the main tracks of domestic upright ring and conical ring.Calculation finds the errors between the cross-sectional curves of the main tracks of domestic upright ring of powder metallurgy SGH 51/2-115 for cor thread production and conical ring ZM-6 for cotton yarn production and the special curve patented overseas.The mean errors of the above-said rings are respectly 47% and 7.4%.It is suggested the cross-sectional curve of the main tracks of domestic upright ring and conical ring be optimized.
