冲齿机主轴的静态特性与模态分析

摘    要:用Solidworks软件中的Simulation有限元分析软件对冲齿机的主轴进行了静刚度分析和模态分析,给出了与实际加工条件相适应的主轴约束和载荷分布,得出主轴应力分布、变形、主轴刚度情况及5阶振动频率。分析结果表明:主轴径向最大变形为9.893μm,主轴径向刚度Kr为54.7 N/μm;主轴一阶振动时的临界转速为2...

Abstract:The analysis is done to both the static rigidity and the mode of the mian shaft using the finite element in Solidworks.The main shaft limit and the loading distribution is respectively given close to the reality.The tension distribution,deformation,rigidity of the main shaft as well as the vibration frequency with 5 steps are found.Conclusion is made that the max radial deforamtion of the main shaft is 9.893 μm;the radial rigidity of the main shaft Kr is 54.7 N/μm;the critical speed with step 1 of the main shaft is 27 kr/min,far exceeding the nominated speed 3.3 kr/min,consequently avoiding the sympathetic vibration.
