摘    要:针对某案例中离心泵的跳闸问题,通过功率计算、对泵性能曲线图进行分析,指出该案例中存在着泵选型缺陷、电机配备缺陷等问题,并提出了三个解决问题的技术方案(加限流孔板;切割机泵叶轮;改为变频控制),且比较该三个方案的优缺点,最后选择了切割机泵叶轮来解决该案例问题。

Abstract:In the case of centrifugal pumps for a tripping problem.The paper proposed that there were defects in the pump selection and motor through the power calculation and the pump performance curve analysis.In the paper,three technical solutions were proposed to solve the problem(such as: add limiting orifice;pump impeller cutting;to frequency control).Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three programs;Cutting impeller pump is the best choice to solve the case problem.
